| 摘 要： | 遗产旅游与遗产管理是国外旅游研究领域的热点之一。本文从文献综述的角度对遗产与遗产旅游的起源、发展进行了阐述，并进一步就遗产旅游与遗产管理研究的主要内容进行了总结，然后在此基础上探讨了国外遗产旅游与遗产管理对我国遗产旅游与遗产管理研究的启示。

| Abstract: | Heritage tourism and heritage management is one of the hot topics in tourism research area. The paper illustrated the origin and development of heritage tourism with a literature review, summarized the main contents of the researches on heritage tourism and heritage management and discussed the lights of researches in this area that can throw on researching heritage tourism and management in China. |
