西汉至六朝时期丹阳郡政区变迁与区域发展

丹阳郡在西汉至六朝之间的历史时期,逐步成为南方区域发展的中心地区。本文分两汉、六朝两个时期,从郡治迁移、辖县分布、郡县析置、户口增减、侨州郡县分布与设置等方面进行考察、辨析,基本釐清了丹阳郡的政区变迁与区域发展的主要情况。研究表明:(1)自汉武帝时改置丹阳郡以来,郡治先徙宛陵、东汉末年再迁建业,从此历六朝不改,丹阳郡成为六朝时期的"京邑首郡";(2)六朝时期是丹阳郡区域发展的重要时期,辖区变动也最为剧烈;一方面,人口增多,新县、新郡的析置频繁,辖区面积逐步缩小;另一方面,北方侨民的两次大规模南迁,特别是东晋南朝以降,辖区内增置大量的侨州(郡、县),进一步促进了本区的区域开发与繁荣,丹阳郡的区域中心地位也进一步增强。

the Administrative District's Changes and Regional Development of Danyang Jun during the Western Han Dynasty and the Six Dynasties

During the Western Han and the Six Dynasties periods,Danyang Jun(丹阳郡)became gradually the central region in the South China.Dividing into two periods —the Han Dynasties and the Six-Dynasties,this paper discusses some topics such as the changes of Jun's seat,the distribution and number of counties under the jurisdiction,the set-up and revocation of Jun and County,number of households and total population,and emigrant state(侨州)and county(侨县)in districts,etc.In the results,the paper expounds clearly the processing of administrative district's changes and regional development of Danyang Jun.Furthermore,this study is also give two facts:(1)From the set-up of Danyang Jun in HanWudi period,the seat county changed firstly to Wanling(宛陵)and lastly to Jianye(建业)in the end years of the Eastern Han.The Danyang Jun became the "Capital Jun" of the Six-Dynasties.(2)The Six-Dynasties is an important period in the regional development of Danyang Jun and also has radical changes in the area under Danyang's jurisdiction.On the one hand,population increased rapidly,the numbers of new counties and new Jun became more and more,and the area under jurisdiction decreased gradually.On the other hand,especially from the Eastern Jin and the South Dynasties,two big waves of immigrant from the North China and the large numbers of Qiao Zhou(Jun,County)promoted deeply the regional development and prosperous economy of Danyang Jun though enhanced its status of regional centre in political and economy.
