| 摘 要： | 盛唐时期,"采访使"一职十分重要,然其究系何时所置,史学界一直有不同的声音。以两《唐志》为代表的"开元二十一年说"向为主流,影响既深且广,当今学界仍深信之,却颇堪商榷与重新探讨。本文追本溯源,以翔实的史料,指出"开元二十一年说"的不可信从之处;并从正、反等多方面证明开元二十二年,才是初置十五"采访处置使"的确凿时间,"采访使"即其简称。

| Abstract: | Even though its importance in government ststem,its exact year when the 15 Inspectors position became customized was not sure.A mainstream point has been popular in academia circle,which based on the same record-"21st year in Kai-yuan reign-period" in classical historical documents Xin Tang Zhi and Jiu Tang Zhi.As a new point,this paper corrects former point's fault and presents its exact year in 22nd year in Kai-yuan reign-period,which based on the comprehensive analysis and drawing powerful proof from relative documents. |
