智慧景区IT能力模型及其核心构成研究

摘    要:物联网、云计算等最新信息技术的发展推动了智慧景区的建设.本文首先讨论了智慧景区的建设内涵是,景区具备了迅速、灵活、正确地理解和解决游客服务问题的能力;其次,运用企业IT能力理论,构建了智慧景区的IT能力体系框架;最后,提出智慧景区的建设重点是游客感知系统、决策支持系统和游客服务系统三个核心系统.

Abstract:The new Information Technologies such as Intemet of Things and Cloud Computing promote the construction of Smart Scenic Area (SSA). This paper starts with a discussion of the nature of SSA construction and confirms it as a capability of understanding and providing tourist service in a speedy, flexible and correct way. Base on the theory of IT capability, the paper structures the IT capability frame of SSA and puts forward three core Information Systems as the priority project of SSA construction namely: tourist perception system, decision support system and tourist service system.
