| Abstract: | On the eve of victory of Anti-Japanese War in 1945,the government of Anhui province edited a book named Overview oflosses in war-time ofAnhui province.This book holes the view that there were 15 counties which were totally occu-pied by enemy such as Su county.All sorts of historical data show that this point of view can’t be established. |
