The Deformation of Life Game:the Latest Research on the Fierce Case of Replace the Murderer in the Qing Dynasty

Compared the cases of replacing the criminal penalty with the past Dynasties,the fierce cases of replacing the murderer in the Qing Dynasty had their own characteristics.It became a serious abnormal social phenomenon from complex reasons.Be analyzed from the region and the number of cases that occurred,the cases increased gradually since Qianlong peri-od,and Fujian and Guangdong province were particularly prominent and serious.There went through a legislative process that the statutes and judicial practice mutual adaptation and modification in the Qing Dynasty.The research and explore from the o-riginal historical data and materials revealed that a general class of generation mechanism about the fierce case of replace the murderer,and the society of political ecology,cultural psychology and value orientation in the Qing Dynasty.We could get a glimpse of the actual situation between the local government and civil society in a certain extent.
