| 摘 要： | 本文以交换论为指导,从"利益对等交换"的角度剖析和构建了社区文化建设中的种种互动机制,进而立足于我国国情从整体上对当前上海社区文化建设层次分明的互动网络进行了客观的分析和评价,并对21世纪上海国际大都市社区文化建设机制发展方向提出了若干设想。

| Abstract: | From the view of benefit exchange, the mutually condition mechanisms pattern of community cultural development is posed in this paper, and community cultural development of Shanghai is analyzed and evaluated as an example with applying this pattern, some advice for the future development of Shanghai community culture is put forward at last. |
