Jiaodng Peninsula is a geographical unit of relative independence.At present,the scholars' opinions were divided about the early Neolithic cultures on the Jiaodong Peninsula.We can deduce that Baishi culture was the fountainhead of Neolithic cultures on the Jiaodong Peninsula after investigating the Baishi cultural characteristics and their relationship with those neighboring cultures.
