村民自治条件下的民主监督问题探析

加强和完善村民自治中的民主监督制度，是我们党在新时期不断提高发展枉会主义民主政治能力的一项重要任务，是促进农村党风廉政建设、密切党群干群关系的有效途径，是进一步推进农村改革和发展、加快农村全面建设小康社会进程、全面加强党的执政能力建设的必然要求。近年来，全国农村各地在实行村民自治、加强民主监督方面已经做了大量工作，进行了多方面探索，取得了很大成绩。但就农村整体而言，现行村级民主监督的制度安排尚存在一些问题和缺陷。本在分析这些问题的基础上，提出了有针对性的治理措施和基本思路。

Analyzing on the issues about democratic supervision of being under the condition of villeger autonomy

Reinforcing and improve the democratic supervisionry system of villeger autonomy, is a crucial obligation that our party constantly develop the democratic politial capacity of socialism, is the efficient way that promoting the rural party's morality and honist government construction, and harmonize the relationship among the people and the party, the party and cadres; is the necessary requirement that further push on the rural reform and development, speeding the process of entirely construct the well-off society in countrysides, and strengthen the party's rulling capacity construction. In the recent years, it has done great deal of working, and achieved great accomplishment in the respect of implementing villeger autonomy and of strenthening democratic supervision in rural areas of the whole country. However, on the overall countrysides, there still are some issues and defects in the current system of the democratic supervision for rural classes. This article put forward feasible measures and basic ideas based on analyzing these questions.
