中国城市群快速成长的机理与新理念——以长三角城市群为例

长三角一体化发展已上升为国家战略。本研究首先阐述了长三角城市群的概况及其发展现状，然后总结了其成长机理，最后分析了长三角城市群发展中尚存在的问题，并提出新的发展理念。长三角城市群在全球化、市场化和城市化等国际背景下发育，同时又因其自身具有良好的自然和社会经济基础、日益密切的经济联系、不断发展的交通和信息技术以及国家和区域各项政策的推动等优势而迅速成长。然而，长三角城市群发展过程中仍然存在一些不利于其迈向更高质量一体化的因素。基于此，认为新时代长三角城市群应该遵循高质量发展、协调发展、创新发展、共享发展和绿色发展等新理念，并采取相应发展措施，推动长三角城市群向更高质量发展。

THE MECHANISMS AND NEW PRINCIPLES OF RAPID GROWTH OF CHINESE URBANAGGLOMERATIONS:A CASE STUDY OF THE YANGTZE RIVER DELTA URBAN AGGLOMERATION

Nowadays,urban agglomeration has become the main form of new urbanization in China.Analyzing its development status,growth mechanisms and existing problems will have great significance to the realization of urbanization in China.China now has Beijing—Tianjin—Hebei Urban Agglomeration,Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration,Guangdong—Hong Kong—Macao Greater Bay Area,Chengdu—Chongqing Urban Agglomeration,Triangle of Central China,Guanzhong plain city group and other important urban agglomerations,they play an important role in promoting the integrated development of major national and regional strategies.Among them,the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration is currently the largest urban agglomeration in China and the sixth largest urban agglomeration in the world,which plays a significant exemplary and leading role,and has a pivotal strategic position in the general situation of China’s modernization construction and the new pattern of all-around opening-up.Firstly,this paper elaborated the general situation of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and its development status.Then,the growth mechanisms of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration was summarized.Finally,the existing problems in the development of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration were analyzed,and new development principles were proposed.
