| 摘 要： | 本文针对石羊河流域过度开发利用所产生的一系列生态环境问题,分析了下游民勤县的现有生态承载力、开发密度、发展潜力。根据主体功能区的划分原则,对石羊河流域下游的民勤县的未来开发建设,提出限制开发区的地区未来发展策略。
