| Abstract: | Rules of Compensation tor mental injuring in tourism contracts are tmperatively needed. Unfortunately neither legislature nor judicature provides any definite rules and regulations.The author suggests that some extended interpretation need to be done to the concerned articles of the current law,so as to define the legal position of compensating for mental injuring due to the breaches of tourism contracts. |
