改进高职高专人文素质教育探析

摘    要:高职高专人文素质教育乏力,表现在缺乏完善的人文素质课程体系,校园环境缺乏人文氛围,大学生人文精神缺失且积极汲取人文知识的主动性不足。高职高专要尽快改革课程设置形成完善的人文素质课程体系;注重营造校园人文氛围;提高教师人文素质和人文精神,在教学过程中注重对学生人文精神的提升;发挥思想政治理论课的主渠道作用,充实和加强人文社科知识的教学;充分利用当地的历史、乡土、地域文化资源为人文素质教育服务。

On theimprovement of humanistic quality education in Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract:Vocational humanistic quality education fatigue,perfor- mance in the humanities curriculum system is imperfect, campus environment, lack of cultural heritage and cultural atmosphere, students lack of human spirit and actively learn from the initiative of humanistic knowledge. Vocational reform of the curriculum as soon as possible to form a humanistic quality curriculum system; focus on creating a campus cultural atmosphere; improve teachers "humanistic quality and the human spirit, to enhance the focus on students" humanistic spirit in the teaching process; play to the ideological and political theory courses master channel, enrich and strengthen the teaching of the Humanities and Social Science knowledge; take full advantage of the local history, local, geo- graphical and cultural resources for the humanistic quality educa- tion services.
