From the geopolitical observation, the event is an international political game around the geographic center of Korea by the regional forces in the power structure of East Asia. From the global political observation, the event is a regional history reflection in East Asia, by the background of intensified competition for global hegemony between Britain and Russia. In this event, British Empire obeyed the principle of ＂China axis＂ to fight with regional forces. With the aid of China, British Empire used Geomundo as a political pawn, reached an outside compromise with Russia, and prevented Russian navy from stationing in Korea successfully. China took stock of the situation, put pressure on Russia, and maintained the status of suzerainty in the Korean peninsula.
