北京旅游价格指数与居民消费价格指数关系研究

旅游价格指数（TPI）是反映旅游者在旅游过程中消费的一篮子商品和服务项目价格水平随时间而变动的相对数。TPI的编制对于研究旅游目的地的旅游产业运行机制和目的地竞争力方面具有重要的理论意义，对于旅游目的地经营和营销也具有一定的指导和参考价值。本文分别利用拉氏指数、链式拉氏指数方法编制了2005～2010年的北京旅游价格指数。北京旅游价格指数构成中，餐饮和住宿分别占到了33．7％和30．9％，而景区游览仅占18．9％。经与北京同期的消费者价格指数比较得出，北京历年的TPI指数都高于同期的CPI，两者之比在1．0—1．5之间。旅游需求呈现较强的价格粘性特征，即TPI升降对于旅游需求量的增减影响不大。

Analysis on the Correlation between Tourism Price Index and Consumer Price Index of Beijing

Tourism Price Index （TPI） expresses the average changes in prices of commodities and services consumed by tourists on journey. The construction and calculation of TPI has profound theoretical significance in studying the operational mechanism of tourism industry and the competitiveness of tourism destinations. It also provides guidance and reference for the operating and marketing of tourism destinations. In this paper, we used Laspeyres Index and Chained-Laspeyres Index to calculate TPI of Beijing. In it, catering and accommodation accounts for 33.7% and 30.9% respectively, while admission ticket of scenery spots only takes up 18. 9%. Compared with the corresponding CPI, it is found that TPI is climbing high each year, and the ratio is between 1.0 and 1.5, tourism demand reflects a strong feature of price stickiness, in another word, the rise and fall of TPI has little effect on the amount of tourism demand.
