基于加权平均旅行时间的浙江省交通可达性时空格局研究

摘    要:以浙江省69个县(市)为研究对象,利用1996、2004、2012年路网数据,借助ArcGIS网络分析功能,采用基于城镇综合发展水平的加权平均旅行时间指标,探讨浙江省综合交通网络中节点城镇可达性及其时空演变特征。研究结果表明:①1996-2012年,各城镇可达性均出现不同程度提高,彼此间联系趋于紧密;②城镇可达性存在空间分异,且提升幅度各异,均衡化趋势明显;③城镇可达性空间格局变化大,逐渐向以"四大都市区"为中心向四周递增的"∏型"多级空间结构转变。总体上来看,城镇可达性变化及空间格局演变体现了区域统筹发展的战略要求。

Abstract:The accessibility means how much difficulty of one region links other areas, which also reflects the opportunity of each node interaction in the transportation network. Accessibility decides breadth and depth of urban spatial interaction, which is great significance for the town, reflecting the status of town in the transportation network, as well as the potential for future development. With the development of computer technology and geographic information systems, accessibility research has become increasingly mature, the study mainly involves road, rail, aviation and other modes of transportation, including studies of spatial pattern, regional effects, regional location, urban hinterland and so on. which the gravity model approach, shortest distance method, shortest travel time, grid technology Act and others widely used in different spatial scales up to measure of country, urban agglomerations, provincial (city) domain.①The study results show that:1the average urban accessibility improved to varying degrees from 1996 to 2012, the total time value reduced by 358.52 hours to the 215.74 hours, which decrease of 39.82%;②city's accessibility presence space differences, and have varies of enhance rate. Central region and eastern coastal areas are high value area of accessibility, because of location and transports advantages, but rates of enhance of the edge areas are higher than central areas over the years.③spatial pattern of urban accessibility changed greatly. All of those show highways and high-speed railway construction directivity. In fact, accessibility changes and evolution of spatial patterns reflects the strategic requirements of Zhejiang regional and rural development.
