乾隆朝淮北平原水利事业与农业生产稳定性的关系——以江苏徐州府为例

乾隆朝针对淮北平原水旱灾害频繁发生的情况 ,兴修了大量的水利工程 ,但从总体来讲 ,这些水利工程对农业生产稳定性的保障率并不高 ,本文从四个方面分析了水利事业未能对农业生产起到良好功效的原因

The Relations between the Irrigation Works and the Stability of Agriculture in Huaibei Plain in Qianlong Period of Qing Dynasty

Because of the frequent floods and droughts in Huaibei Plain ,many water conservancy projects were undertaken by the government in Qianlong period .But generally these projects failed to guarantee the stable development of agriculture . This thesis tries to analysis the reasons of such an ineffectiveness from four aspects respectively .
