本文通过西坡墓地的墓葬规模、随葬品、墓主性别等三个方面的分析,探讨了不同类别的随葬品与墓葬规模、墓主性别之间的联系,并对不同性别的人群在丧葬中地位提出了新的看法。而在此基础上,文章指出了西坡墓地墓葬的分级情况,反映出了仰韶中期出现的社会复杂化现象.

A Preliminary Study on Xipo Cemetery

Through the analysis of three aspects as scale of tombs,burial goods,and gender of body in Xipo Cemetery,this paper discussed connections between scale of tombs,burial goods and gender of body,and proposes the new ideal on the burial ritual status of male and female.On the basis of that,the paper points out the stratification in Xipo Cemetery,to unveil social complexity in the middle phase of Yangshao.
