摘    要:本文对龙山时期河南禹州瓦店遗址出土的古代人骨进行了古DNA提取,并获取了高质量全基因组数据,结合世界现代人群的基因组数据库,运用系统发育分析方法开展分析,研究结果表明古代瓦店人群与现代汉族遗传距离最近,同时观察到龙山时期瓦店居民具有东亚南部遗传成分的流入,而这一成分在现代汉族形成过程中呈现持续流入的状态。本研究对了解汉族群体演变过程中遗传结构的变化情况,阐明汉族发展历程提供了重要信息。

DNA Analysis of Ancient Residents Revealed at Longshan Period,Wadian Site,in Yuzhou,Henan Province
Abstract:In this study, ancient DNA extraction was carried out on human remains from the Wadian site in Yuzhou, Henan Province, and high-quality genome-wide data was obtained. Combined with the genome database of the modern populations all over the world, we tried to reconstruct the history of this region through phylogenetic analysis methods. The results showed that the genetic distance between the Wadian and the modern Han people was closest. At the same time, it was observed that the Wadian people of Neolithic Longshan period harbored genetic components from the Southern part of East Asia, and this component showed a continuous inflow in the formation process of modern Han people. This study provides important information for understanding the genetic structure of the Han population, and clarifying the development of Han population.
