外国游客感知视角的我国入境旅游不足之处——基于扎根理论研究范式的分析

外国游客对于“您对中国旅游最想说的话”这一问题的负面回答是我国入境旅游不足之处的集中显现。本文采用扎根理论研究范式，对在12个入境旅游热点城市所采集的623句外国游客对该问题的负面回答语句进行了分析，结果显示，我国入境旅游不足之处在宏观层面上集中为7大范畴（语言交流、旅游基础设施、旅游环境、旅游服务、旅游信息、旅游资源开发与利用、旅游商品），微观层面上集中于22个小范畴。同时，文章以上述不足之处各范畴类别作为我国入境旅游负面影响因子，得出各影响因子的权重及其排序。

Defects of China's Inbound Tourism from Foreign Tourists' Perspective:An Analyze Based on Grounded Theory Research Paradigm

Foreign tourists ＇ negative answers to the question ＂what ＇ s the most you want to say to travel in China？＂ are highlighted defects of China＇ s inbound tourism. Based on first-hand questionnaire survey data obtained by qualitative investigation to inbound tourists in 12 Chinese hot cities,this thesis uses Grounded theory research paradigm to analyze 623 negative open-ended answers reflecting the defects of China＇ s inbound tourism. The results indicate that defects of China＇ s outward tourism focus on 7 major categories including Verbal communication, tourism infrastructures, tourism environment, tourism services, tourism information, tourism resources utilization, tourist commodities at macro-level and 22 major categories at micro-level. It also racked the influencing factors at different levels in weights so as to offer reference for policy makers.
