| Abstract: | Development serves as an axle in the formation of DENG Xiao-ping theory. DENG Xiao-ping's concept of development is clearly discernible in his theoretical framework. The starting point of this concept is to take economic construction as the central task, his overall plan of modernization is full-fledged, sustainable and coordinated development, the ultimate destiny of this concept is to take the people first and the surest guarantee for putting this concept into practice is the adherence to the Party's basic line. |
