| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国外研究乡村旅舍文献的搜集、整理和分析，从乡村旅舍的发展、开发特点、经营管理、客源结构、营销宣传、资金支持和政府管理几个方面对国外乡村旅舍的开发和经营状况进行了归纳和分析。希望以此为我国乡村旅舍的建设、经营和管理提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper is the result of data collection and analysis of literatures on overseas rural tourist houses. It summarized the present situations of exploitation and operation of rural tourist houses from several aspects, including the characteristics of development, management, market structure, marketing, capital support and government instruction, etc. it attempts to provide some suggestions for constructing, operating and managing rural tourist houses in China. |
