| Abstract: | Collective property is not a concept of mainstream economics; only in China does it have a dual significance in law and property rights. As the campaign for agricultural cooperativiza-tion went through the three stages of mutual-support teams, elementary cooperatives and advanced cooperatives, the collective and collective property also underwent an evolution from budding to early stages to full formation. |
