| 摘 要： | 在近代中国,利权概念的核心内涵是经济主权,是对经济独立权的诉求。利权意识在20世纪初年的变化加重了晚清重商观念内在矛盾。利权意识的强化虽显示了晚清经济民族主义的勃发,但也展现了重商观念存在着偏差和不成熟的成分。

| Abstract: | In modern China,the core connotation of the economic rights concept is the economic sovereignty,that is,the appeal to economic independent rights.The changes of the economic rights consciousness in the early 20th century ag- gravated the inherent contradictions of the pro-business concept in late Qing Dynasty.Although the strengthening of the economic rights consciousness has demonstrated the thriving of economic nationalism in late Qing Dynasty,it also unfolded the existence of deviations and immature ingredients in the pro-business concept. |
