| 摘 要： | 清代湖广分省与清代省制的变化息息相关,分省标准和时间在学术界一直存在争论。从湖广左、右布政使司分驻到改名,再到分闱,巡抚改名,湖广分省经历了漫长的过程,直到乾隆中后期,地方志与中央官修史书开始重新构建湖北、湖南两省形成的标准和时间。湖北、湖南两省的形成时间不能简单地以某个时间点来断定。
