论新时期国史的分期

新时期国史分期问题是一个重要的理论问题。科学划分新时期国家发展的各个阶段,关键是要解决好相关的几个问题:一是新时期国家发展的本质和主题,二是新时期国家发展的规律及其阶段性,三是新时期国史分期的标准,四是新时期一些重大历史事件的阶段性意义。在认真讨论这些问题的基础上,新时期国史可以分为全面拨乱反正、开创新局面、新阶段和全面建设小康社会四个阶段。

On the Per iodization of National History in the New Era

The per iodization of national history in the new era is an important theoretical issue. A correct division of the periods of national development in the new era involves several interrelated problems; first, the essence and theme of national development in the new era; second, the law and stages of the development; third, criteria for the per iodization of national history in the new era; and fourth,the stage-making significance of major historical events in the new era. Oh the basis of serious discussions on these problems this paper divides the national history in the new era into four periods: bringing order out of chaos, creating a new situation, new stage and building a well-off society in an all-round way.
