Maps of Upper Air Currents Above the Earth

Maps have been compiled for the zonal and meridional components of the resultant velocities of upper air currents in January and July. The principal features of these maps are described and analyzed, and the winter and summer situations of the Northern and Southern Hemispheres are compared.
