Some Problems of the Multi-Purpose Utilization of Natural Resources for the National Development of African Countries

A survey of water and mineral resources of the African continent and their problems of development. The author suggests that African states, with their relatively small population and economic capabilities, should collaborate in the construction of major water projects and in the exploitation of large mineral deposits.
