THE GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION OF CITIES FORMED IN 1775-85 (COMMEMORATING THE 200TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GUBERNIYA REFORM)

Based on extensive unpublished research, the author discusses the distribution and economic-geographic situation of the 176 new cities that were incorporated under the territorial-administrative reform of 1775-85.
