省、市地方综合年鉴篇目比较探析——以2008年卷《广东年鉴》与《广州年鉴》交通邮政篇为例

通过对《广东年鉴》和《广州年鉴》在记载交通邮政篇的比较，认为省、市年鉴交通邮政篇的分目的编排与设置主要是从部门或行业的重要性来考虑的，部门或行业的权重过大，难以体现出事物发展的规律性，也不易形成有效的信息群、完整的信息流。同时，这也没有做到循而有序，更无法与读者的基本认知相融洽。并由此提出三点对策：第一，篇目编排与设置上要体现事物发展的规律，形成一个有效的信息群或完整的信息流，不能简单地按照部门、行业或单位的地位或利益来考虑。第二，对于交叉或重复的载录内容在处理上要慎重，力求有所侧重，协调一致。第三，对年鉴进行文字精炼，科学归类，用高一级的目录来容纳更多的信息量。
