浅论地方志的开发与利用

为了更好、更深入地开展地方志文化资源的开发利用，使其健康有序发展，要不断提高对地方志功能与价值重要意义的认识。概括地说就是为“五个建设”服务：为政治建设服务，为经济建设服务，为文化建设服务，为社会建设服务，为生态建设服务。新编地方志工作开展30年以来，方志资源的开发利用取得了巨大成绩。编纂出版了方志资料类编，出版了一系列地情丛书，地情网络建设取得成绩，利用方志开展学术研究。我们要广泛征集方志文献资料，编好志书索引、方志资料类编等工具书、资料书，进一步搞好旧志整理，搞好特色志书的编纂，加大地方志网络建设力度，加快实施方志、年鉴一体化战略步伐，保证质量，修好二轮志书，从而做好地方志开发利用工作。
