摘    要:旅游市场细分已逐渐成为旅游市场营销领域的研究重点之一。本文对国内外相关文献中的旅游市场细分研究进行了归纳总结,着重对聚类分析、卡方自动交互检验和自组织神经网络等三种目前比较常见且有效的市场细分方法进行了比较分析,希望为旅游市场细分的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Tourist market segmentation has gradually emerged as one of the most concerned field in tourist marketing research. This paper reviewed all of the related literature on tourist market segmentation at home and abroad and made a comparative analysis of Clustering analysis, CHAID and SOFM, which are the three most common and effective methods in market segmentation in order to provide better insight for tourist market segmentation research.
