大遗址价值评估体系研究

古遗址是重要的一种文化遗产形态,大遗址则是具有中国特色的一种与文化历史价值、行政管理、政府决策密切相关的保护对象。显然大遗址的价值判定和评估是这一特殊对象有效保护的基础。本文通过国内外评估体系的比较分析、国内资料、现状的调研分析,确立评估要素,进而结合价值评估体系构架的方法,对我国大遗址价值评估体系进行了初步研究。

A Preliminary exploration on theevaluation system for the value of large scale relic sites

The ancient relic sites are an important form of cultural heritage. Large-scale relic sites are a protection objects closely related with cul- tural and historical value, public administration and government policy-making in China. The value judgement and evaluation of large-scale relic sites is the basis of effective protection of these special objects. This paper, by comparing the evaluation systems at home and abroad and analyzing related Chinese documents and research, has established some evaluation indicators and combined with the method of value evaluation system structure, in order to have a preliminary study of China＇s large scale relic site evaluation system.
