| Abstract: | The Chinese Marxist Theory of Governing Tool Rationality means combining Marxist Theory of Governing Tool Rationali- ty with Chinese reality to discuss how to realize the Rationality of the Governing Values of the Chinese Communist Party of China. Its theory achievement is the Chinese Marxist theory of Governing Tool Rationality which mainly include Mao Zedong＇ s Thought of Gover- ning Tool Rationality and the Theory of Governing Tool Rationality of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. |
