Repair of the Golden Top of a Memorial Hall in the Potala Palace

The Central Government launched the repair project for the Potala Palace, Sagya Monastery and Norbu Lingka in 2004. This writer witnesseo now 20 metal processing workers with the Lhasa Antique Construction Art Co. treated the gold and metal components such as pieces of brass, precious bottles, huge legendary turtle heads and jivajivaka that were removed from the top of the memorial hall with the holy stupa for the 5th Dalai Lama in the Potala Palace.
