| Abstract: | The Adventures of Looking for Sheep is the finale of Haruki Murakami＇s youth trilogy, which brings the writer the unshakable literary status. Just Listen to the Wind and The Billiard Ball in 1973 successively set up the language style of Haruki Murakami＇ s novel. But The Adventures of Looking for Sheep demonstrates Haruki Murakami＇ s artistically pioneer and creative spirit in the field of combining the narrative of language and works. The symbolic meaning manifested by the ＂sheep＂ is particularly praised by the readers and critics. |
