| 摘 要： | 袁世凯三次参弹张翼,其原因是多方面的。既有其作为地方督抚职在守土、捍卫主权的目的;也有与张翼争夺开平煤矿经办权,掌控北洋官业的目的;同时英国人对张翼、袁世凯间矛盾的利用也是重要原因之一;此外张翼借助朝廷奥援与袁抗衡又演化为政治集团间的斗争。这些因素使得袁世凯在开平矿权交涉中困难重重。

| Abstract: | The reasons of Yuan Shikai’s three impeach to Zhang Yi are multiplied.He had both the purpose of performing the governor’s duty of defending territories with defending sovereignty,and the purse of scrambling the handling right,controlling the Beiyang’s official business.At the mean time,the British takingthe chance of conflict between Yuan Shikai、Zhang Yi is also the reason.Besides this,with the deeply aid of court,the conflict between Zhang Yi and Yuan Shikai changed into the struggle of different political group.This reasons made Yuan Shikai ’s representations of Kaiping mineral right diffculted. |
