The 20 th Century is a revolutionary era of technology and science.It was the flourishing evolution in Ecology,Economics,Earth sciences and Environment sciences,the wide development in integrated survey and research for natural resources and the increasing problems in population,resources,environment and development,that established the ideal background and scientific basis for resource sciences and resource conception.Resource Conception in the 20 th Century had changed from the Humanism idea with unlimited natural resources in the early time,to the limited resource thought in the medium term and to the sustainable development concept with resource sustainable utilization in the last stage.It is asserted that the 21 th Century will be a sustainable development time characterized with resources sustainable utilization.Resources sciences will be a more important foundation stone with the raising evolution level of human beings;the exploration of reaction between resources sustainable utilization and social economics development in step will be uncreated motif of resources science.
