| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前考古科研院所档案管理工作存在的问题进行了分析,指出科学规范管理档案已迫在眉睫.接着对档案管理工作中的组织和制度建设提出了自己的看法.结合保管、整理档案的工作实践,文章重点就专门考古档案的科学管理进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | This paper analysis the archaeological institute of scientific research archives management problems, points out that the scientific and standardized management of archives has been imminent. Then put forward my own views on archives management work of organization and system construction. Combined with the archives and consolidation practice, the thesis put emphasis on scientific management of special archaeological archives. |
