城市RBD判断指标体系研究

在中国目前城市RBD即将大发展和人们对其的理解和判断存在着重大分歧的背景下,文章从城市RBD概念及其内涵的认识出发,在深入研究城市RBD功能和特征的基础上,提出了一整套判断城市RBD的指标体系,该指标体系包括规模、特征和功能三个一级指标,一级10余个二级指标构成,并就这套指标体系广泛地征求和吸纳了国内专家的建议。以期能对有关城市RBD的研究有所裨益。

A STUDY ON THE INDEX SYSTEM FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF URBAN RBD

The paper studies the functions and characteristics of the urban RBD,and puts forward an index system for the measurement of urban RBD based on the recognition of it's concept and meaning under the condition of the booming development and misunderstanding in the academic circles of urban RBD. Since the functions and characteristics are indispensable for the measurement of urban RBD,in order to obtain the index system for the measurement of urban RBD,the paper firstly studies the functions based on the analysis of the concept of urban RBD,and finds out that leisure,dining,shopping,sight-seeing and lodging are the basic functions of urban RBD,that information service and publication are the extended functions of urban RBD. Secondly,the paper mainly studies the essential characteristics of urban RBD.It points out the reason why urban RBD is disguised from other retailers market is that it's consumers are mainly travelers.At the same time the paper studies the external characteristics of the urban RBD from the perspective of the constitute of retailers spatial distribution. Based on the previous study,the paper puts forward an index system for the measurement of urban RBD.It mainly includes three senior grade indexes such as scale,function and character index and over ten junior grade indexes.The scale index could be measured from the perspective of it's economic scale,employee number,space scale,retailer number and consumer number of the urban RBD;the function index could be measured from the perspective of the functional harmony of urban RBD;the character index could be measured from the proportion of the travelers and tourism enterprises of the urban RBD. This paper intends to contribute to the study on urban RBD.
