Research on Inamori's Philosophy from Why Human Survives

Inamori Kazuo, a Japanese famous entrepreneur, has been busy in promoting his management idea, since he retired from the front line of operations. Recently, he has promoted his new book Why Human Survives in China. The book is the sum- mation and the development of Inamori＇ s philosophy, and is suitable for Chinese entrepreneurs to read. This book mainly in- cludes three parts ： the function of subconscious, the significance of life and the management for others, the religion conscious- ness and the awe to unknown world. After analyzing the book, the dissertation draws the conclusion that we can create dramatic life and outstanding achievement with the right macroscopic guiding principle, the effective staff driving methods, together with the humanities concern of operators.
