新中国侨汇工作的历史考察(1949-1966年)

1949— 1 966年间 ,侨汇在我国政治、经济生活中占有十分重要的地位。这一时期 ,侨汇既是国内近千万侨眷主要或次要的生活来源 ,也是国外广大华侨与祖国联系的一个重要桥梁 ,又是国家社会主义建设中所需外汇资金的主要来源。因此 ,在“文革”前 ,争取侨汇工作不仅被认为是我国侨务工作的一项重要内容 ,而且侨汇工作还对我国侨务政策的演变产生了不容轻视的影响。

An Historical Investigation of Remittance Work in the New China, 1949-1966

Remittances played an extremely important role in China's political and economic life from 1949 to 1966.For close to ten million recipients it was the main source,or one of the main sources,of livelihood,and it formed an important link between overseas Chinese and their motherland.Remittances were also an important source of capital for China's socialist construction.Consequently,before the Cultural Revolution remittance work was seen as important not just in overseas Chinese affairs,it also had a significant impact on China's economic policies.;
