| 摘 要： | 1958年工业"大跃进",导致职工队伍急剧增加;庐山会议后的继续"跃进",致使职工队伍再度膨胀。面对严重的经济困难,中共中央作出了大幅度精简职工和城镇人口的决策,在两年多的时间里全国1 800多万名职工被精简回乡或下乡。

| Abstract: | The Big Leap in 1958 led to the rapid increase of civil officers,and the Leap after the Lushan Conference further increased the number of civil officers.In face of the serious economic difficulty,the CCCPC decided to cut down the number of civil officers and the population of city and town.In two years more than 18 millions civil officers were sent back to the countryside. |
