改革开放以来中国共产党党内法规建设的历史考察

改革开放以来,中国共产党党内法规建设经历了三个发展阶段:1978-1987年为恢复和初步发展阶段,在这个阶段,中国共产党一方面继承和恢复了过去行之有效的党内法规,另一方面结合改革开放新的实践要求出台了一批新法规,使党的建设向着法制化道路健康发展;1987-1997年为稳步推进阶段,在这个阶段,中国共产党加大了党内法规建设的力度,在党的基层组织、党员队伍、领导干部和党风廉政建设等方面颁布了大量新法规,稳步推进了党内法规建设;1997年至今为体系化发展阶段,这个阶段的党内法规建设在"依法治国"基本方略的指导下.获得全面发展,初步实现了党内"有法可依".
