| Abstract: | According to relative archaeological materials,the date of the small town of Shang dynasty city at Yanshi should be equivalent to the late stage of Nanguanwai,which is exactly the late stage of Pre-Shang; the function of the town is not a capital of the early Shang dynasty,but a military fort established in the process of King Tang attacking and seizing the capital of Xia dynasty. |
