| 摘 要： | 论文介绍了广东华侨投资公司成立和发展的过程,阐述了国家优待华侨投资的发展政策。20世纪五六十年代,广东成为华侨投资的重地,广东省华侨投资公司是其中规模最大的侨资企业。国家对华侨投资实行不同于国内资本家的优待政策,对华侨资金保本保息,从1955年成立到"文革"期间被撤销,华侨投资公司吸引了7000多万侨资,投资企业80多项,运行平稳,为广东社会主义建设做出了重要贡献,保障了华侨的利益,但留下了未能同时"引智"的遗憾。改革开放后,政治稳定,思想解放,在引进侨资的同时也重视引进技术、人才和管理经验,"引资"与"引智"并重,而且拓宽利用侨资的领域,利用市场调节和政策倾斜而非行政命令引导投资方向。
