| 摘 要： | 本文对明晰我国海洋旅游资源资产产权的必要性进行了分析，界定了我国海洋旅游资源资产的产权，明确了国家、经营者之间的海洋旅游资源资产的产权关系，为我国海洋旅游资源资产的产权管理提供了理论依据。
