The New Youth played an important role in the rise and developing of trend of thoughts in women's liberation in the May Fourth Movement. Its exploration on the women's issue could be divided three stages: emergence period, developing period and lucubrating period. The three stages had their own features and had promoted the rise and developing of trend of thoughts in women's liberation. The development of the three stages obviously reflected The New Youth's new thoughts and choices on era theme, and the new establishment of value orientation influenced by the new trend of thoughts in the process of history introspections.
