| 摘 要： | 旅游产业不断发展,旅游与酒店管理专业（Hospitality and Tourism Management,以下简称HTM）的大专院校数量与学生数量也不断增加,HTM专业高等教育方面的研究也不断增多,但关于研究生选择HTM专业的动机等方面的定性与定量研究却非常匮乏.本文通过在校研究生实际抽样调查,了解HTM专业高等教育现状;用定量分析方法揭示出研究生选择HTM专业的动机,分析比较了研究生选择HTM专业动机的相似性与差异性,以弥补国内外相关研究在定量分析方面的不足.

| Abstract: | With the development of tourism industry,both the number of universities as well as colleges with Hospitality and Tourism Management Program(HTM) and students has been on the rise.Studies on higher education in HTM are also increasing.However,few qualitative and quantitative studies have been done about the motivation of graduates' choosing HTM.This paper made a sampling survey of graduates,inquired into the status quo of the higher education of HTM,adopted quantitative analysis method to reveal the motivations of graduates in choosing HTM programs,analyzed and compared the similarities and differentiation of different motivations so to make up the deficiency of relevant quantitative analysis researches both in China and abroad. |
