| 摘 要： | 当前海东地区城乡社会救助体系尚处于探索和完善之中，建立和完善社会救助体系，要提高认识，不断加大社会救助工作力度；要加快推进城乡社会救助体系建设；要增加投入，完善救助资金筹措机制；要协调配合，逐步完善社会救助工作；要拓宽思路，从根本上脱困；要广泛动员，推进救助工作的社会化。

| Abstract: | Contemporarily,constructing urban and rural social assistance system in Haidong is still in the stage of exploration and improvement.For ameliorate it,must promote recognition,constantly fortify its work;accelerate its systematic construction;increase investment and improve the mechanism of raising funds;harmoniously corporate and gradually consummate its duty;expand the way of thinking and fundamentally get rid of poverty;and widely give a mobilization and prod its socialization. |
